Our story

Started in 2024, built for the long run.

Shaperie was founded by a small group of language professionals, researchers, and operators who had spent years inside fast-growing AI teams. We saw the same pattern again and again: incredible models held back by feedback pipelines that were rushed, opaque, and underpaid.

So we built the company we wished existed — one that treats every contributor as a partner. Clear instructions. Fair, weekly pay. Real career progression as you take on harder, more specialized work.
